Elizabethtown Community & Technical College’s (ECTC) Distance Learning program provides online classes as options to the traditional on-campus classes. These courses are equal to on-campus classes in credit hours, transferability to other institutions, and fulfilling many program degree requirements.
New Students, Visiting Students, Returning students and those with general questions should contact the Online Student Counselor for advising and enrollment into classes. Complete your application for admission online now.
Students depending on Military Tuition Assistance should follow the procedures and policies as set forth by the Fort Knox Office for enrollment.
The Costs and Aid page shows you options for paying for your education
Current students following the advanced registration process (beginning in March for Summer and Fall classes, and October for Spring classes) may view the course list and use the “Class Number” to help with enrollment.
Tutorials for self-enrollment can be found upon logging onto your PeopleSoft Student Self Service in the fourth box down on the right hand side of the screen.
Find detailed information not listed on the course list at KYVC by Searching the Catalog.
Follow the academic calendar of the KCTCS College delivering the class for important dates including refunds and withdrawals.

ECTC is now on Facebook, stay connected "Like" us on our ECTC Online Students page. Also, you can check out the official Elizabethtown Community and Technical College Facebook page to keep up on the latest college news and events.
We also offer special programs that may not be published in the course listings or class schedules. We currently offer a course titled ARMY 101 and ARMY HR102, which was developed in association with the Fort Knox military base to assist students in preparing for potential employment opportunities within the military organization.
Another part of ECTC’s Distance Learning is ITV (Interactive Television). If you are in an on-campus class or at one of our instructional sites, your instructor may use ITV as a way of connecting two location-distant parts of the classroom. Contact the Distance Learning Coordinator with questions.
