"Biomedical Research at UL School of Medicine" by Dr. States

Dr. StatesElizabethtown Community and Technical College will host a talk about biomedical research in the next of its LEAF-STEM series(Lectures and Exploration Activities For Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). J. Christopher States, Ph.D, Professor and Distinguished University Scholar and Associate Dean for Research at the University of Louisville’s School of Medicine, will make a presentation entitled “Biomedical Research at the University of Louisville’s School of Medicine,” on Tuesday, March 11, at 5:30 p.m. in Room 212 of the Regional Postsecondary Center. Dr. States will also discuss careers in biomedical research and degree paths that students might follow.
This event is sponsored by the ECTC Physical Science and Biological Sciences and Related Sciences Divisions. It is free and open to the public. The LEAF-STEM series is designed to increase awareness of careers and opportunities in science, technology, engineering and math among students and the general public.
