Non-Resident Tuition: $425 per credit hour
*Contiguous counties are those which border Kentucky. Tuition is charged for each credit hour enrolled.
Tuition and fees are determined by the Kentucky Community and Technical College System Board of Regents. For payment deadlines, refer to the college academic calendar.
Paying tuition
You can pay your tuition online, (e-check and credit card only), by mail, or in person at the Business Affairs Office. If you would like to pay by phone, you can call the Business Affairs Office and they will be glad to assist you. The Fort Knox Center also accepts tuition payments for your convenience.
Tuition payment plan forms are available at the Business Affairs Office, PeopleSoft student Self Service and the Fort Knox Center
.
Third party authorization/letters for tuition/fees must be turned in by the listed due dates to the Business Affairs Office. If the amount sponsored for you doesn't cover your full tuition/fees, you must pay what isn't covered.
Please note: If you don't pay or make arrangements to pay tuition and fees by the payment deadline listed in the academic calendar, a $50 late charge will be added to your account.
Financial Aid recipients
If you don't have enough financial aid to cover tuition/fees, you must pay what isn't covered by the payment deadline listed. Please check your PeopleSoft student account under anticipated aid. Anticipated aid assumes you're taking at least 12 credit hours. If you're taking fewer than 12 credit hours, anticipated aid will be less than shown.
Delinquent accounts
KCTCS policy states that students who have delinquent accounts cannot register for classes until their accounts are in good standing. Delinquent accounts will be subject to an outside collection agency, which will charge additional fees.
Non-attendance
If you don't attend class, you won't be dropped automatically. Students are responsible for dropping classes according to the college's schedule to avoid any debt. You can drop classes online, at the Records Office or at the Fort Knox Center. Please refer to the academic calendar for refund and penalty dates.
