Refund Information

Important Refund Information

The Financial Aid Office cannot guarantee the arrival or disbursement of funds. The dates below represent the earliest date funds can be applied to your account. All dates are tentative and subject to change. Students are encouraged to apply for financial aid at least 3 months prior to the start of the semester.

Disbursements of financial aid may be delayed, reduced and/or cancelled based on recorded student attendance in class. A student must attend class to establish eligibility for pending financial aid awards.

The following dates are when refunds will begin and they will continue weekly thereafter.

SPRING 2017
'16 Week' Refunds Begin (term starts 1/9) 02/02/17
     '12 Week' Refunds Begin (term starts 2/6) 02/23/17
     1st '8 Week' Refunds Begin (term starts 1/9) 02/02/17
      2nd '8 Week' Refunds Begin (term starts 3/6) 03/23/17
'16 Week' 30 Day Hold - First Refunds Begin (term starts 1/9) first time loan borrowers; & weekly thereafter 02/16/17
      '12 Week' 30 Day Hold - First Refunds Begin (term starts 2/6) 03/16/17
     1st '8 Week' 30 Day Hold - First Refunds Begin (term starts 1/9) 02/16/17
     2nd '8 Week' 30 Day Hold - First Refunds Begin (term starts 3/6) 04/13/17
