Greg Lee

President and CEO, Nolin RECC

As an Elizabethtown Community and Technical College alumnus, Greg Lee understands the importance of the college to the region, and the necessity of showcasing the role it has in creating better lives in the community.

“I have firsthand experience on the significant impact the college can have in a person’s life,” Lee said. “Many young people with high professional, technical and trade aspirations can benefit from the solid education and foundation that can be found at a convenient, local, post-secondary institution like ECTC.”

After studying at ECTC, Lee attended the University of Kentucky, graduating with a degree in mechanical engineering. He worked in various capacities at Nolin Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation before becoming president and CEO in 2019. He is an active member of Saint James Catholic Church in Elizabethtown and serves on the Saint James School Board and Saint James Finance Council. He also serves on the boards of the Kentucky Electric Cooperatives, East Kentucky Power Cooperative and the Central Kentucky Community Foundation.

“Through the Foundation, we will work to build relationships and educate the community on the value ECTC brings to its students, to the workforce, and the region as a whole,” Lee said. Lee and his wife, Erin, live in Elizabethtown with their three children.
