Brandon Phillips is an entrepreneur, builder, and community leader who focuses on creating meaningful experiences for others. He graduated from Western Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and a focus on Advanced Manufacturing. This background gave him the skills for a hands-on career in project management, site development, and large construction projects. After college, he moved back to his hometown of Vine Grove to work with Phillips Brothers Construction, where he gained valuable field experience and built stronger connections in the community.
During this time, Brandon and his wife, Victoria, started working on a shared vision that combined creativity, hospitality, and a desire to help people celebrate important moments. This vision led to Phillips Grove, a full-service wedding and event venue known for careful planning, great service, and a focus on creating memorable experiences. Today, Brandon and Victoria are dedicated to running and growing Phillips Grove, keeping connection, family, and community at the heart of their business.
Brandon chose to serve on the ECTC Foundation Board because he believes in the value of career-focused education and the important role Elizabethtown Community and Technical College plays in preparing a skilled workforce. “I’m passionate about supporting students as they develop the knowledge and abilities needed to succeed in real world industries, knowing that these students will become the future leaders, builders, and innovators of our region,” he said. “Through my service on the board, I hope to contribute my industry experience and dedication to fostering opportunities for the next generation.”
Brandon and his wife, Victoria, live in Vine Grove with their son, Grayson. Their focus on family and community guides everything they do, both at home and at work.
