Chrissie Angell serves as the Executive Director of the ECTC Foundation and ECTC Director of Philanthropy, where she leads donor engagement, fundraising strategy, and community partnerships in support of student success. A graduate of Wichita State University with a B.A. in Vocal Music Performance, Chrissie brings a diverse background in creative communication and relationship focused leadership.
“I am deeply committed to making sure all students, no matter their background, have access to the resources, support, and opportunities they need to succeed,” she said. “I am proud to work with college and community partners through the ECTC Foundation Board to remove barriers and expand resources for ECTC students.”
Since joining ECTC, Chrissie has held several key roles, including Scholarship Coordinator, Interim Dual Credit Coordinator, and Donor Relations Manager. Her work across scholarship management, secondary education partnerships, donor relations, and philanthropy uniquely equips her to lead the ECTC Foundation during a time of historic regional growth.
Chrissie lives in Elizabethtown with her family and is dedicated to building strong partnerships and creating more opportunities for students and the wider community to thrive.
