Jennifer Swope is the Chief Operating Officer of the Swope Family of Dealerships. As a third-generation dealer, she oversees operational strategy, leadership development, and organizational performance across the dealer group.

Jennifer is deeply committed to community and workforce development. She has served in multiple leadership roles with the Elizabethtown Community & Technical College Foundation, including as board chair and campaign chair for the Home for Hope initiative in partnership with Family Scholar House. She also serves on regional economic development boards and industry advisory councils.

“Supporting the ECTC Foundation goes beyond education. It strengthens our community by investing in opportunity, access, and long-term success for our region. At ECTC, students are the priority. I am inspired by their determination to overcome challenges and improve their lives, and I am committed to ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed,” Swope said.

In 2022, Jennifer was recognized by Automotive News as a 40 Under 40 honoree for her leadership, operational excellence, and community impact. She lives in Bardstown, Kentucky with her two sons.
