Each offers strong education and workforce training opportunities. That, in part, is why he joined the Elizabethtown Community and Technical College Foundation Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m excited about the direction our college is headed because I want this community to thrive,\u201d he said. \u201cFor our community to be strong, ECTC has to be strong.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said ECTC\u2019s vision to create new opportunities for students and to meet the talent needs of local businesses will grow the community. Also, ECTC\u2019s low tuition and efforts to remove financial barriers for students are critical to ensuring access to higher education.
