Elizabethtown Community and Technical College’s Toy Box Theatre will present a children’s play, “Folk Tales From the Toy Box,” at 6:30 p.m. April 29 in the Science Auditorium on the Elizabethtown Campus. Admission is $2; children 3 and younger are free.

The event, held 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 17 in the Student Center on the college’s Elizabethtown campus, is free and open to the public.

The event will support college initiatives such as the Unstoppable Fund, which supports projects to help students reach their fullest potential; emergency funds for students and employees; and scholarships, among others.

Elizabethtown Community and Technical College will present a unique event for women who are returning to the workforce after an extended absence. “Back in Business – Women Re-Entering the Workforce,” a three-day conference held May 1, 8 and 22 at Severns Valley Baptist Church, will offer participants a series of workshops addressing the specific barriers women face when returning to work.
