EXPO 2019

Elizabethtown Community and Technical College’s Military and Veteran Services is inviting the community to enjoy a variety of activities and events at Expo 2019, on campus on Saturday, March 30 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.  While the Expo is hosted by Military and Veteran Services, it is open to the public and most activities are free. Food trucks will be selling food during the event.

There will be something for everyone with educational and fun activities throughout the day. Business vendors, including those that are hiring, VA Health representatives, and representatives of educational institutions will available. Visitors will enjoy music, refreshments, door prizes, gift bags and more. Weather-permitting, a car show with a $20 entry fee will begin at 9 a.m., judging at 11 a.m.  Anyone interested in entering the car show can email ectccarshow@kctcs.edu for more information.

Indoor fun and activities will be ongoing, regardless of weather. They include:

·Career Wear Fashion Show (1:00-2:00)                                                                                   

·Crafts (10:00 -2:00)

·Zumba (1:00-1:30)                                                                                                                       

·Yoga (11:50 – 12:50)  bring mat or towel                                                                             

·Meditation (11:15 – 11:45 & 1:30 - 2:00)                                                                               

·Karate demonstration (10:15 -11:00 & 12:00 – 12:45)                                                                     

·Movie room for Kids (10:00-2:00); popcorn

·Face painting for Kids (10:00-2:00)

 People with car show entries should enter the campus off of College Street Road. All other visitors should enter from University Drive, off St. John’s Road.
