Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from a class or completely from the college, follow the appropriate steps outlined below. The student will be held responsible for any and all financial delinquencies which result from failure to complete the withdrawal process by the dates established in the Academic Calendar.

Dropping a Course

To Drop a class or all classes before the first day of the semester:

Not understanding the "Drop Process" can affect your Financial Aid and your GPA!

  • W = Withdrawal
    • (negatively affects your Financial Aid required 67% Completion Rate)
  • E/F = Failing Grade
    • (negatively affects your Completion Rate AND your GPA)

Withdrawal from a Course before Midterm
