Elizabethtown Community and Technical College’s Office of Cultural Diversity invites the community to attend the 2024 Multi-Cultural Fair, an event filled with international food, music, performers and more. The event, held 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 25 in the courtyard of the James S. Owen building on the college’s main campus, is free and open to the public.
“ECTC’s Multi-Cultural Fair is a good way for us to showcase the college’s diversity,” said ECTC Director of Cultural Diversity Jerisia Lamons. “We welcome students and employees from all walks of life, and we celebrate the fact that we all bring our own unique circumstances and experiences to the table.”
The theme for the event is “Stronger Together.” Performances include Aseye African Drumming Ensemble and River Lotus Lion Dance, among others. Food trucks will be available, and several displays highlighting cultures such as Japanese, Mexican and Indian will be included.
“We are looking forward to seeing the community come out and support this fun, informative event,” Lamons said.
