The Mission of the Department of Cultural Diversity (DCD) at Elizabethtown Community and Technical College (ECTC) is to improve underrepresented minority and low-income student groups by addressing barriers and connecting those students to resources to enhance student opportunity, success, and impact. The DCD also works to maintain and develop a healthy, diverse, and inclusive campus community to include our faculty, staff, and students.

I have the pleasure of making this campus the most welcoming campus for all our students. Here at ECTC we value diversity. IDEA Committee

Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Advisory (IDEA) Committee assists with recruiting, retaining and aiding in the graduation of underrepresented minority and low-income students.
