Metallica Scholar: Audrianna Schwartz

ECTC industrial maintenance Audrianna Schwartz relies on hard work and determination to achieve her goals. That dedication is why she was selected as a Metallica Scholar.

“It’s a great honor to receive this,” she said. “I feel really special.”

Schwartz also earned an apprenticeship with her current employer, which only selects one apprentice at a time, every few years.

“It feels like a big success to be where I am right now,” she said.

Schwartz said that ECTC instructors make her feel involved and included while at the same time prioritizing teaching real-world situations.

“I like that they focus on what we will be doing in the workforce and what we need to learn to succeed in our careers,” she said.
