Help ECTC students gain the experience employers want

ECTC students are earning practical, career-focused credentials that prepare them to step into the workforce. However, many students with recent two-year degrees face a common challenge: they are qualified and motivated but still need real-world experience to compete for strong jobs in their field. Paid internships and work-based learning opportunities can help bridge that gap.

Business owners and employers of all sizes can play an important role in building that bridge.
