Workforce Solutions: The region's AI training connection

Elizabethtown Community and Technical College is solidifying its reputation as the region's go-to source for artificial intelligence training, pairing this spring's launch of online Practical AI, AI Readiness and AI for Business courses with a hands-on, in-person "Game Day" experience.  

"We are providing our region a clear, structured path into AI adoption, no matter where an organization or an individual is starting from," said Jim Rachlin, vice chancellor of ECTC Workforce Solutions.

Earlier this summer, ECTC hosted professional development for AI training facilitators, followed by an AI Game Day session. The Game Day session is an in-person training that builds onto the online courses. 

"Game Day masterfully fused the instructional knowledge from the online courses with practical everyday tips to improve AI efficiency and integration across multiple domains," said attendee Isaac Strother, Learning and Development Onsite Coordinator for Metalsa.
