Graduation Application Confirmation

Thank you for submitting your graduation application.  Your application will be reviewed and you will be notified of the status of the application by email.

The Graduation Ceremony is held only at the end of the Spring Semester.  

In addition to the ECTC commencement ceremony, affiliated veterans or servicepersons can participate in a ceremony at Fort Knox in October.  If interested, please contact ECTC’s Fort Knox office at (270) 706-8858.

Degrees and Diplomas are mailed six to eight weeks after the semester ends to the address listed on your graduation application.
