Thank you for submitting your Veterans Enrollment Form request. If anything further is needed we will reach out to you. To prevent any delays in the processing of your request, please ensure that our office has a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility. If you are changing your major or transferring to ECTC from another college you are required to complete a Change of Program/Change of Place Form with the Veterans Affairs Office.
