Before You Begin

This program utilizes a competitive, selective admissions process. It is your responsibility to review all program requirements and ensure you are prepared to submit a complete and accurate application.

Before beginning, please have the following ready:

• Student ID number
• Pre-Admission Conference attendance date
• Completed Clinical Observation Form
• Any applicable certifications or supporting documents

Observation hours must be completed using the official Clinical Observation Form. Please ensure your form has been submitted prior to March 15th.

Applicants should be familiar with all admission requirements, including prerequisite coursework, observation hours, and the Allied Health HESI A2 Exam.

Applications submitted after March 15th will not be considered for program admission, regardless of circumstance.

Only complete applications will be considered.

Failure to follow application instructions may impact your ability to be considered for admission.
