ECTC Hosting Open House Days

All new and prospective students are invited to attend Elizabethtown Community and Technical College (ECTC) Open House Days from 4-6 p.m. every Tuesday in June and July and Aug. 9 at the Elizabethtown campus.  

“This is an opportunity to see for yourself why our students love ECTC,” said Director of Admissions Judy Akers. “Whether you have specific questions about getting started this fall or want to tour the program areas that interest you, we’re here to make sure you get all the information and assistance you need.” 

Students will have an opportunity to learn about a variety of student support programs, and experts will be on hand to help students with planning their educational and career pathways, completing their admissions files and ordering any needed transcripts, completing the FAFSA and getting financial aid estimates. Students also can find out about scholarships including the Work Ready Kentucky Scholarship, which allows eligible students to earn a certificate or degree in a high demand field tuition free.  

Some ECTC Open House Days will highlight certain academic programs. Healthcare programs will be highlighted June 7 and social and behavioral sciences will be highlighted June 14. Additional program focuses will be announced on ECTC's Facebook page.
