Currently as a Certified Technology Manager and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt through the ATMAE, she is utilizing her education and prior work experience within the manufacturing industry as a Quality Engineer for a Tier 1 Automotive supplier. Leah enjoys improving standards and processes within manufacturing by utilizing technological education acquired at ECTC. Clark is also pursuing a Master’s of Science in Engineering and Technology Management she expects to complete, December 2023.

“The partnership with ECTC and MSU provided me with the foundational education required to succeed within industry by defying odds, breaking barriers, and overcoming stereotypes as one of the 28% of women employed within the STEM field,” said Clark. “I believe that within any organization, our greatest assets are the people; so I desire to make an impact on the manufacturing process by educating and empowering employees of all levels within the industry, that with hard work, determination and persistence, regardless of past or present circumstance, anything can be achieved.”
