ECTC hosting summer Open House Days

All new and prospective students are invited to attend Elizabethtown Community and Technical College (ECTC) Open House Days from 4-6 p.m. every Tuesday in June and July, except for July 4, and Aug. 1 and 8 at the Elizabethtown campus.
“If you’re new to ECTC or just thinking about college, Open House Days let you see for yourself why our students love ECTC,” said Director of Admissions Judy Akers. “Guests will be able to tour the campus and get all the information they need to have a great start at ECTC.”
Students will have an opportunity to learn about a variety of student support programs, and experts will be on hand to help students:
- Plan their educational and career pathways
- Complete their admissions files
- Order any needed transcripts
- Complete the FAFSA and get financial aid estimates
- Find their classrooms
Students also can find out about scholarships including the ECTC Dual Credit to Degree Scholarship and the Work Ready Kentucky Scholarship, which allows eligible students to earn a certificate or degree in a high demand field tuition free.
Registration is not required. Guests can arrive anytime between 4 and 6 p.m. at the Welcome and Admissions Center in the Regional Postsecondary Center.
