Summer Kid's College

We are so excited to be able to offer another event-filled Kid's College to the youth in our own local community!  Our camps are designed for students entering 1st Grade through 8th Grade unless otherwise noted. 

2019 CAMPS

Elizabethtown - 6/17 - 6/21

Morning Classes 9:00 AM - Noon:

  • Archery $125
    • This is a concentrated course covering basics and is suitable for beginners, as well as intermediate, archers.  The class will cover archery safety, warm-up exercises, basic steps, eye dominance, proper shooting techniques, grouping, consistency, and scoring.  Archery tackle is sized to the archer.  All equipment is supplied.
  • Beginning Robotics 1st - 4th Grade $125
    • Build and program a robot using the new Lego Mindstorms EV3 Kits. The camp will include techniques for building and programming robots to move and perform tasks.  Topics include motor torque vs. speed, various types of mechanisms, and programming strategies.
  • Cooking $125
    • You’ll have fun learning basic culinary and pastry skills with hands-on cooking, prepping and decorating. You’ll also learn better food choices with use of fresh and healthy ingredients. Each day will be filled with the fun and excitement of watching various ingredients transform into delicious snacks.
  • Music 1st - 3rd Grade $125
    • This camp is designed to help develop a life-long love of music. Students will be exposed to the basics of reading and writing music, and will have the chance to showcase their talents.  Students will also explore music in all of its exciting forms!

Afternoon Classes 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM:

Complete the Kid's College Registration Form and mail it with your payment to the address shown below.  Don't forget to register early!  Sometimes excellent courses fill up quick! The deadline for enrollment is seven (7) days prior to the start of the class.
