Discussion
Institutional Research
- JCTC and ECTC have worked together to share a position focused on Institutional Research. Dr. Brittany Inge, will be on ECTC’s campus one day a week to assist faculty and staff with data, research, and reports.
- Dr. Pate discussed ECTC’s main areas of focus and they are the Advising Plan, the Student Success Plan, and the 8-week schedule.
- Dr. Inge will meet with each Cabinet member over the next couple of weeks to determine each department’s specific needs.
Perkins Funds
- With the retirement of Mike Hazzard, Cabinet members discussed options for who will coordinate Perkins funding.
Office Move Request
- A request has been made by the EOC (Educational Operational Center) to relocate to RPC 110, Cabinet members approved this request.
Leitchfield Campus Project
- We have approximately $9 million to construct an addition/new building to the Leitchfield campus. Cabinet members discussed programs that will be offered and housed within the new facility.
