Discussion
Budget Planning Process
- Cabinet members will meet in the near future to begin the budget planning process.
Grant Project Management Update
- Dr. Stith updated Cabinet members on faculty and staff who will be serving as project managers for grants ECTC has been awarded.
Chamber of Commerce Events
- Cabinet members discussed inviting faculty and staff to attend regional Chamber of Commerce events throughout the year.
Transcript Policy
- Cabinet members and College Council will review the final transcript policy proposal in the near future.
Family Scholar House Wish List
- As a group, Cabinet has adopted a Family Scholar House family to support this holiday season.
