Discussion
Budget
- Currently, our budget is partially entered into the system. We are still waiting to hear how much in state appropriations we will receive, and we will learn in June what the Board of Regents approves in terms of raises.
Food Purchase Recommendations
- Cabinet members reviewed a revised draft of the ECTC Food Scenario Recommendations document. The final draft will be presented through the appropriate channels to become an approved policy.
Alignment
- As a follow-up from the Cabinet retreat held in March, Cabinet discussed areas of improvement within the college.
Summer Retreat
- A summer retreat will be held for Cabinet and one agenda item will include a discussion of the feedback from the Best Places to Work survey data completed by employees in 2024.
Dr. Quarles Visit
- Dr. Quarles will visit ECTC on Monday, April 15, from 12:30 – 4:30 p.m. The agenda
for his visit is as follows:
- 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. – Lunch with Cabinet
- 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. – Faculty & Staff Forum
- 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. – Campus Tour with Dr. Pate
- 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. – Community Meeting
