- Cabinet reviewed the Committee Lists, both open and elected, and made revisions and recommendations.
Bardstown Bourbon College
- A potential facility has been identified in Bardstown for the Bardstown Bourbon College.
Comprehensive Advising Plan
- Dr. Langford and Dr. Sellars reviewed with Cabinet members the draft Comprehensive Advising Plan and career pathways.
Spooktacular
- Cabinet discussed funding options to supply candy, ice cream, hot dogs, hamburgers, etc. to visitors, guests, employees and their families during the annual Spooktacular event.
IA Report
- Dr. Megan Stith shared with Cabinet an update on the Institutional Advancement department
for FY24:
- 15 grant proposal submitted

- Exceeded Home for Hope campaign goal ahead of schedule

- Hired part-time volunteer coordinator to expand engagement offerings for prospective/current donors
- Founded ECTC CARES Committee and Ambassador programs for Leitchfield campus
- Hosted first Planned Giving breakfast and implemented planned giving communications plan
- Exceeded goals for first ECTC Giving Day
- Received $1.9M grant to support manufacturing workforce development
- Partnered with Head Start on grant to bring Early Head Start services to Elizabethtown campus/Hardin County
