Business Office
- Centralized Billing:
- ECTC has implemented centralized billing since 2022. Each department sends an invoice request to the Business Office, the Business Office processes the invoice and sends to the customer, accounts receivable receives and processes payment.
- Eight departments are regularly serviced.
- Since 2022 our collection rate has increased to 98% in 2024.
- As a result of centralized billing, the accuracy and timeliness of billing has improved, the turnaround time is 1-3 days, improved collection rate, and the average days to paid is 23 days.
- Dual Credit
- KCTCS current dual credit enrollment is 35.6%.
- ECTC dual credit enrollment as of 2023-2024 is 34.6%.
- In 2023-2024, ECTC awarded $1,737,810 in dual credit scholarships.
Faculty and Staff of the Year
- Cabinet reviewed the faculty and staff nominations for the KCTCS Faculty and Staff of the Year Award.
Chris Crumrine, KCTCS Legal Liaison
- Mr. Chris Crumrine visited with Cabinet members to give a legislative update and to learn about the training center.
Cabinet Retreat, Summer 2025
- Cabinet will hold a retreat day this summer after the June Board of Regents meeting which will be hosted by ECTC.
