Discussion
IT
- Mike Meanor shared with Cabinet the option to start a pilot program for AI licenses on campus. A small group of people will have access to a co-pilot assistant license to test out the software to determine if this would be beneficial to the college on a larger scale.
Office Moves
- Cabinet approved office moves for Jerisia Lamons and Stu Fugate.
NISOD Membership
- Cabinet discussed signing up for an annual National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development membership.
Smart Plan Update
- ECTC will no longer move forward with Smart Plan. Instead, we will begin to utilize a Visual Schedule Builder.
Aspen Debrief
- Cabinet reviewed the Aspen Prize application process for both the data and narrative
portions of the application. Comments and suggestions were made to improve and streamline
the process in the future:
- Compile an index of all data that was submitted and used to support the narrative.
- Having a roundtable discussion prior to writing the narrative was helpful.
- The Excel tracking was very helpful for all parties involved.
Meeting Adjourned at 10:48 A.m.
Respectfully submitted, Emily Allen (Executive Administrative Assistant II)
