Veterans Grant Update
- Susan Cooper gave Cabinet an update on the Veterans grant. The grant requires a space that has an exit to the outdoors with a quiet area for veterans to gather. Cabinet discussed possible locations for this grant, there are two years remaining on this grant.
Glendale Building Signage
- Cabinet discussed naming options for the Glendale building signage.
Cabinet Giving Day Challenge
- Cabinet has decided to participate in Giving Day 2026 as a group and will set a group target goal at a later date.
LRC Bathroom Accessibility
- Facilities will work to make the bathroom in the LRC building more ADA accessible.
Profiles of Excellence
- Cabinet reviewed the selected honorees for Profiles of Excellence and approved the selected nominees.
Vacant Position
- Cabinet has approved the request to refill the vacant Financial Aid Advisor I position.
Dr. Sandy Shugart Visit
- Dr. Shugart will visit with Cabinet on Thursday, January 22, prior to our Spring Kick-Off 3.0 meeting on January 23.
- Dr. Sellars and Dr. Langford will give Dr. Shugart a tour of campus in the afternoon.
