Ann Jarvis, KCTCS
- Ann Jarvis, VP for Project Management at KCTCS, joined Cabinet to meet with senior leadership and to learn about ECTC’s goals and priorities.
Federal Earmarks
- Each year we submit a list of requests for federal earmark funds. Cabinet discussed whether to submit a broad list of project requests or to narrow the focus down to a more specific list.
ICE Agent Protocols
- Cabinet discussed protocols to follow in the event an ICE agent is on campus.
- Dr. Corina Langford is our primary point of contact if an ICE agent is on campus.
HR Legislative and Compensation Update
- Ms. Whitney Taylor updated Cabinet on several new bills that have gone into effect.
"The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership" by John C. Maxwell
- Cabinet discussed chapter one, the “Law of the Lid.”
- For the next Cabinet meeting, Cabinet members will read chapter 2.
Equifax
- Cabinet discussed the possibility of working with Equifax to gather data on graduates that will help us with alumni engagement, how our graduates are doing in the workforce, etc.
