Summer Cabinet Retreat

  • Cabinet discussed several date options for a one-day retreat during the month of June.

Family Scholar House

  • The Family Scholar House is ready to start interviewing students for the apartments currently under construction.  Cabinet discussed potential locations for these interviews to be conducted on campus.

Student Success Plan

  • Cabinet discussed the progress they have made in assigning actions steps to specific employees.  Cabinet will finalize the SSP draft during the May 12 Cabinet meeting.

Dual Credit

  • Dual Credit funding will be cut in the upcoming fiscal year.  As a result, this will likely reduce the enrollment numbers of dual credit students.
  • Cabinet discussed possible solutions to keep our dual credit student enrollment steady.

Time to Shine

  • Cabinet discussed an opportunity to have someone from ECTC serve as a judge for the upcoming Time to Shine Talent Show this Sunday, May 3, at 5:00 p.m. at Grace Heartland Church.

Procard

  • Cabinet discussed the option of using procards to pay for hotels, rather than having employees use their personal credit card and then seek reimbursement.

  • Cabinet discussed Chapter 4, The Law of Navigation.
