Elizabethtown Community & Technical College's (ECTC) Online Learning program provides online classes as options to the traditional on-campus classes. These courses are equal to on-campus classes in credit hours, transferability to other institutions, and fulfilling many program degree requirements. New Students, Visiting Students, Returning students and those with general questions should contact the Online Student Counselor for advising and enrollment into classes. Complete your application for admission online now.

Accessing Online Classes

You can access your classes via the Blackboard tile in MyPath. You can also access online classes by directly logging on to Blackboard using your PeopleSoft/Student Email username and password.

Online Student Complaint Process

At ECTC, we take student complaints seriously. If you have a complaint about a course or experience at ECTC, you should follow ECTC’s Student Complaint Procedures. This is a required step for all students who have complaints.

If a satisfactory solution cannot be determined, you should find the category (below) that best describes your current residency and follow the steps outlined to resolve the complaint.

ECTC Students Who Live In Kentucky

  1. Attempt to solve the problem by working with ECTC through the formal complaint process.
  2. If your complaint cannot be successfully resolved, submit your concerns using the Kentucky Council for Postsecondary Education’s online complaint form.

ECTC Students Who Do Not Live In Kentucky (SARA-members)

  1. Attempt to solve the problem by working with ECTC through the formal complaint process.
  2. If your complaint cannot be successfully resolved, determine if you live in a SARA member state.
    1. If Yes, continue
    2. If No, move to the next section
  3. Submit your concerns using the Kentucky Council for Postsecondary Education’s online complaint form.

ECTC Students Who Do Not Live In Kentucky (non-SARA states and territories)

  1. Attempt to solve the problem by working with ECTC through the formal complaint process.
  2. If your complaint cannot be successfully resolved, find your state or territory’s agency for lodging complaints below.
  3. Use the contact information listed to continue your complaint process.
