Committee Lists
- Cabinet members reviewed the appointed membership committee lists and made recommendations and suggestions to update each committee.
Non-Exempt Employee Stipends
- Supervisors are encouraged to contact HR before employees are to perform extra work or work outside of their regularly scheduled hours, this is to ensure each employee is fairly compensated for their work.
Student Success Plan
Cabinet members will continue to develop and fine tune the Student Success Plan over the next year while simultaneously implementing the plan at a Cabinet level. During this time, the comprehensive advising plan will be implemented college wide.
Student Success Plan – Baseline Metric Drafting
Dr. Brittany Inge shared with Cabinet baseline metrics relevant to the Student Success Plan.
