Interlibrary loan (ILL) is only available to ECTC students and faculty/staff. Community members can request items from their local public library.

FAQs
If you need a book or article that is NOT in one of our databases and NOT available in print in our library.
Click on the Interlibrary Loan Book Request link or Journal Request link. Follow the instructions carefully. You will need to know or have your KCTCS user ID and student ID number in order to fill out this form.
We will email you when a book or article arrives. You may pick up your book or article at the library's circulation desk. You must show a photo ID in order to pick up your item. Once you obtain the materials, you are responsible for them until you return them.

Generally, interlibrary loan materials take between 5 and 10 days to arrive. Don't wait till the last minute!
