Before You Begin

This program utilizes a competitive, selective admissions process. It is your responsibility to review all program requirements and ensure you are prepared to submit a complete and accurate application.

Before beginning, please have the following ready:

• Student ID number
• Pre-Admission Conference attendance date
• Dates of attendance for prerequisite courses completed and the institution where each course was taken
• Any applicable certifications or supporting documents

Observation hours must be completed using the official online observation form. Please ensure your form has been submitted prior to application review.

Applicants should be familiar with all admission requirements, including prerequisite coursework, observation hours, and the USA Exam.

Applications submitted after October 1 will not be considered for program admission, regardless of circumstance.

Only complete applications will be considered.
