Transcript Waiver Request Form

Students are now able to choose which college transcripts they submit for credit evaluation. If you are unable to obtain your official transcripts from a previous college, you can opt out of that admission requirement. If you choose to waive any transcripts, we cannot use them for placement or pre-requisite purposes. 

Students using VA benefits or seeking admission into the nursing or respiratory therapy programs cannot waive transcripts. Also, in select situations, financial aid may require the submission of unofficial or official college transcripts for processing.

Complete the form below to request the transcript waiver form. The form must be completed, signed, and sent to ECTCadmissions@kctcs.edu  for transcripts you do not choose to provide.
