Ready to see if you qualify for the Upward Bound Math & Science Program at Elizabethtown Community & Technical College complete our Eligibility Application.

• Verify qualifications by completing this Eligibility Application

After completing the Eligibility Application, you will be notified by UBMS staff if you qualify to participate in the UBMS Program.  We will then ask you to complete the following:

1. Complete the UBMS Application
2. Ask two teachers to complete a recommendation Form.
3. Monitor your email for communication from our Team
