AMAP is a grant funded by the department of education.

This project seeks to bridge the gap between educational institutions and industry by creating a collaborative initiative that will empower students with practical, cutting-edge training and opportunities, setting them on a path toward rewarding careers in advanced manufacturing.

What is AMAP?

The Advanced Manufacturing Accelerated Project is a program funded by the Rural Postsecondary and Economic Development (RPED) grant.  It is aimed at fostering transformative partnerships between high schools, employers, and ECTC in the central Kentucky service area. This project seeks to bridge the gap between educational institutions and industry by creating a collaborative initiative that will empower students with practical, cutting-edge training and opportunities, setting them on a path toward rewarding careers in advanced manufacturing.
