Prepare for a career in real estate with this comprehensive Kentucky Real Estate Practice Pre-Licensing Course. This 96-hour program provides the education required before taking the Kentucky real estate licensing exam. Participants will gain a strong foundation in real estate principles, property law, contracts, financing, agency relationships, ethics, fair housing, property management, and Kentucky real estate license law.

Dates: October 13 – December 9, 2026

Time: 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
