Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course

After completion of this course, students will be prepared to take the state and 
federal real estate exam to become a real estate salesperson. Pre-licensing classes 
require at least 96 hours of instruction. This course covers topics mandated by 
the Kentucky Real Estate Commission, such as real estate principles, contracts, 
financing, agency relationships and property management. You will also learn about 
fair housing, ethics and practical business skills to prepare for the licensing exam.

Where? ECTC Elizabethtown Campus

When? October 13-December 15, 2025 on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 5-9 p.m. (No class on November 27)

Cost? $1,050 per student, includes books, background check and testing
