Teaching for Workforce Solutions
Thank you for your interest in teaching for the Elizabethtown Community and Technical College Department of Workforce Solutions.
You know ECTC for our quality transfer programs, short-term technical certificates and meaningful two-year career programs. You may not know that we are the largest provider of workforce education in the state. The Workforce Solutions Department at ECTC is instrumental in helping industries with training new employees, assisting in employee recruitment, and offering continuing education opportunities. We work with our business partners to strengthen the workforce and expand the life skills, knowledge, and cultural enrichment of the communities we serve.
We offer classes for companies of all sizes in Hardin, Green, Taylor, Marion, Washington, LaRue, Nelson, Grayson, Meade, and Breckinridge Counties. We also offer short-term classes that are open to the public. We offer:
- classes that teach specific skills such as Six Sigma, Microsoft Excel, FANUC Robotics, and more.
- soft skill training such as Change Management and Customer Service.
- community enrichment programs like fitness classes and CPR.
- continuing education for Contractors and Master Electricians, and many more.
