Computer Lab
The CIT Computer Lab is in Room 155 of the Academic Technical Building and is open to students on regular class days. If you need help setting up or resetting your student account or help with Blackboard or other technical questions, feel free to drop by. You can also come to the lab to print, study, get help with your CIT homework, check your email or browse online while in-between classes. We have dual monitors on 16 of our computers, making it easier to have directions open on one screen and your application open on the other. It's an open lab, so there are no worries about scheduling time. Just drop in before, after or in between classes. The in-person computer lab is limited to ECTC students only.
We also have an Online Help option, which is open the same hours as the in-person computer lab. If you are on a desktop, you'll need a headset with a microphone, or a webcam. Laptops have a built-in microphone. Be sure to update to the latest version of your browser, and then use the link below to connect and choose yes to allow audio (you don't have to allow video). We can help you with Microsoft Office homework, Word settings for your research papers, Power Point for your class presentations, technical issues and much more.
