Our Services
The Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) helps individuals with academic potential, at no cost, to become enrolled in the college of their choice or enroll in a GED program if they did not graduate from high school. EOC gives first priority to people who have a low income and who are first generation (meaning neither parent graduated from a four-year college), and to individuals who are military-connected. Individuals who do not meet these criteria are welcomed to apply as well!
