Immersive Learning Internship Model
The Immersive Learning Internship Model (ILIM) is a new program that the AMAP team developed by listening to students, instructors and employers about how they want to help each other meet their educational and employment goals. The students and employers who participate in this program agree on specific student focused standards that ensure students earn a competitive intern wage, that their college schedule is a priority and that employers will agree to provide a hands-on work experience in the student's chosen education pathway.
